Clinical and Dental Negligence

Clinical negligence is where an injury or death is caused by the negligence of a medical professional. Doctors, surgeons, consultants, nurses and other senior medical staff are expected to act professionally and ethically. Sometimes however they make poor judgements or they may be under-qualified or trained.

Whatever the reason; if you or someone in your family have been injured or died by medical treatment then you may be entitled to compensation.

Dental negligence is where you have experienced problems with dental work carried out by your dentist or maybe your dentist failed to recognise or take account of an existing medical or dental disease or condition and as a result you have ended up with persistent pain, damage, and disease or tissue trauma. Another common problem is where a dentist has performed unnecessary work on a child or adult.

If you have had bad or unnecessary dental work carried out on your teeth then you may be able to make a claim for dental negligence.
