Derek joined Ronald Fletcher and Co in 1979 as a practicing solicitor and became the owner in 1985. In addition to managing the firm, Derek has extensive legal experience of Landlord and Tenant, Housing, Wills and Probate, Elderly Client Care, Solicitors Negligence and General Litigation.
He manages a full case load and also runs weekly free evening legal advice sessions.
Derek is also a passionate Liverpool FC football supporter.
